Made to Order- In the very beginning we are a made to order garments company. In this way, we only produce what are sure to be sold and used by our costumers. It also ensures that we do not have unsold stocks to throw away. We also maximize our cutting such that we have the least trimmings produced and these trimmings are repurposed to other garment products. Currently, we hold a very minimal amount of stock on hand inventories to serve our customers with urgent need for scrubs.
Made for Purpose- Our products are designed to be used as intended and for a long time. Thus, we make sure they are good quality and tailored fit. We also offer customization and free to minimimal fee alterations because we know thar your favorite garment is always that fits you best and because of that our products will be used to it maximum time possible. We also use fabrics that are proven to keep their quality, color and strength for a long time so that you can use and keep them in your closet for years to come.
Just in Time- Our planning system is geared towards the principles of just-in-time, meaning we only keep inventories to a short period of time such that whenever we make product changes we have zero to least amount of materials to be written off or discarded. With an optimum inventory, we also keep the zero waste mindset of our employees.
As a small company our actions to care for the environment have very small contributions to the issues that we are facing right now but we believe that our collective contributions will surely create a big impact.
